Aimsoft Software Maintenance Plan
Our Software Maintenance Plan ensures that you will always have the latest version of your licensed product without any additional cost during the term of the Plan. With the initial purchase of your AIM Tools/AIM Keys license, you receive a full year of upgrade free of charge.
SMP 12 Month Upgrade Protection can be purchased for:
* 25% to 40% of the current cost of the AIM Tools/AIM Keys license as long as your current Upgrade Protection Plan has not expired.
* 65% to 75% of the current cost of the AIM Tools/AIM Keys license if your Upgrade Protection Plan has expired.
Note: Your AIM Tools/AIM Keys product will still continue to function normally after your Upgrade Protection term expires; however, the Upgrade Protection must be current in order to receive additional software upgrades free of charge.
All Software Maintenance renewal fees are due and payable on the expiration date of the current term.
The Licensee is licensed to receive the services described above for a period of one year. Service begins on the purchase date of the software and will be renewed annually. The licensee will be invoiced for annual renewals unless Aimsoft receives written notice at least 30 days in advance of the expiration.
Aimsoft will notify the Licensee of any updates or upgrades via email. The Licensee is responsible for acquiring the software via download or request for CDROM.
